We pray your Year has been one of Peace and Blessings and know that you are looking forward to the 56th Annual Grand Session of the International Grand Court Order of Cyrene Crusaders at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Greenville Golf Resort & Conference Center, 1670 Verdae Blvd, Greenville, SC 29607, June 30 – July 4, 2026. Your jurisdiction is encouraged to participate in the exciting Dorothy L. Haughton Queen and Lady-in-Waiting contest which will be held on July 2, 2026.

We honor and salute the participants of the 2025 competitions and commend them for their exceptional display of leadership. The winner of the Queen’s Contest was Princess Janet Cliett (GA). The winner of the Lady-In-Waiting Contest was Princess Penny McCoach (IL).

Your jurisdiction’s participation helps to provide financial support to the International Grand Court Order of Cyrene Crusaders. Each Jurisdiction is requested to have a contestant. If your jurisdiction cannot participate in the contest, please submit a monetary donation. Please have your contestants to complete the attached profile sheet and return NLT January 1, 2026. The drawing for the Give Away tickets will be conducted during the program. Please try and sell all tickets. These monies assist our Charities and Educational Assistance to those in need.

In addition to the jurisdictions and contestants raising funds, the contestants will also have the opportunity to solicit ads for the commemorative souvenir journal which will be Virtual. A link will be provided once the Journal is complete. Ads and ticket monies will be credited to the specified contestant.

Attached are the explicit rules for both Contests. Please review carefully.

All funds will be due to Chairperson, IGPM R. Lucille Samuel by 3PM on Thursday, July 2, 2026, in Greenville, SC. The room location will be announced during Session. Deadlines are NOT negotiable and monies turned in after the deadline will be credited for the next year.

If you wish to send in monies before the deadline, you are more than welcome to do so. I will send you a receipt immediately to confirm receipt. The mailing address is listed on the Entry Form.
