Sir Knights & Princesses, it is now time to prepare for our 99 th Annual Conclave of the Grand Encampment and 55 th International Annual Session of the Cyrene Crusaders which will convene Tuesday, June 24 through Saturday, June 28, 2025.

When you make your hotel reservation, you may be charged for one (1) night’s lodging at that time. You must have a valid credit card or Debit Card.
Hotel Reservations must be received on or before Tuesday, May 20, 2025, to meet the Grand Encampment and International Grand Court room block deadline. Room rates is $ 145.00 taxes 19.338% in room rates with tax is $173.00.
Check-In time is 3:00 p.m. and Check-Out time is 12:00 noon unless special arrangements are made in advance.
Advanced Registration for Sir Knights is $155.00 and for Princesses is $150.00. Registration must be received no later than May 20, 2025. Your registration includes Annual Black & White Banquet.
On Site and late registration cost for Sir Knights $255.00 and for Princesses $250.00. Remember, the advanced registration cut-off date is May 20, 2025.

The Most Eminent Grand Commander and Most Royal Grand Commanders of the Jurisdiction of Missouri, along with their local committees are working very hard to make this 2025 Annual Grand Conclave and International Grand Session an enjoyable one.
